Heart Path Journeys is a collaboration, project and movement in the support of individual, community, and planetary healing created by Johanna Linden, MA-Wilderness Therapist. Through education, psychotherapy and community involvement, our vision is for sustainability, interconnectedness, and living from the heart!
As person and healer, Johanna is dedicated to working in relationship with the intelligence carried in our bodies, the natural world, and the abundance of the universe to bring healing, inspiration, and transformation.
The project encompasses a variety of unique approaches and ideologies to bring healing and wellness to a wide range and age of people.
